WESTPARK PROJECT

Paula was a delight to work with. Not only is she very talented, she is so easy to work with. She works hard to present multiple and affordable options. Paula focuses on every little detail and creates beautiful vignettes that come together to create a beautiful room. She has transformed our home into a refreshingly modern and endlessly classic space that is inviting and comfortable that we enjoy every day and are thrilled to share with our family and friends.

WYOMING PROJECT

My husband and I lived in our home for over twenty years, and it was time for an update. We had original kitchen floor tile, counters and appliances, original carpet upstairs, Brazilian cherry wood floors, and outdated (red) accent wall colors. We engaged Kaian Interiors early in the process, and Paula convinced us to do a complete makeover including new flooring and new paint throughout the home, new appliances, new guest bathroom shower, and the highlight of the remodel, a modified kitchen with an open concept plan. Paula meticulously helped select the flooring, the wall/ceiling and floorboard paint color, the quartz countertop, the kitchen and bathroom cabinet paint, the sink/cabinet hardware, the lighting fixtures, and once the renovation was complete, she helped style and decorate the home….it felt like we were moving into a new house! To top that, the construction start to finish was 7 weeks, which was thanks to the proficient planning of Kaian Interiors along with Tama Construction. After we moved into our new home, Kaian interiors helped to remodel a 50 year old rental condo. Paula applied her same design expertise, and was able to help remodel the condo within 5 weeks. It was all so amazing, and we LOVE the outcome of both properties!

CAPOBELLA PROJECT

Paula transformed our kitchen (literally!). Not only did she help bring our vision to life, but she was also able to contribute expert opinions to help make our kitchen look picturesque. We waited so long to remodel our kitchen; but, we felt like we were in great hands with Kaian Interiors. Can’t thank Paula enough all the care she gave to us and our new kitchen

NORIA PROJECT

Paula was an invaluable partner as we furnished our home's main living spaces. She put us at ease as soon as we met, by listening carefully to our needs and understanding how we use our home. A thoughtful communicator, Paula gently steered us toward perfect color and fabric choices. She worked diligently to find excellent prices on quality products and helped us every step of the way -- researching different furniture options, bringing samples to our home, placing orders, and making sure deliveries went smoothly. The result is a home that truly reflects our tastes and needs, and we couldn't be happier.

WOODBRIDGE PROJECT

Paula and Kaian Interiors helped me visualize the rooms in my home in ways I hadn’t imagined. Paula has an amazing innate design sense, yet is also practical and budget-conscious. Through conversations, she first made sure she understood my style and needs, then made suggestions that made sense for me and my home. She encouraged me to make use of nice pieces I already had—but in new ways or in different spots. Perhaps the best tip she gave me was to literally “flop” my living room—switch the placement of my couch and entertainment center. Her instincts were spot on. That simple change made the room more inviting, solved pesky problems (e.g. exposed cords), and allowed me to add two new chairs that elevated the space. A true professional, Paula helped my home be the best version it can be. So grateful!

Our friend recommended Paula's services. We were hesitant at first because it was extra cost. However, the decision to work with Paula was worth every penny and more. Her knowledge about the interior design business and the contracting business and where to go to purchase items and place orders for everything we wanted was invaluable.
